International Delivery

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging
• To initiate a return, email us at support@luxivaa.store with your order number
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Damaged or Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxivaa.store and we will resolve it immediately.
