All Luxivaa pieces are crafted in 316L surgical steel plated with 18ct gold at 3 microns thickness. This combination is durable, hypoallergenic, and maintains its brilliance over time.

Is Luxivaa jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our 316L surgical steel base is hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types, including those sensitive to nickel.

How do I care for my jewellery?

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces: avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and chemical products. Store in the Luxivaa gift box when not wearing. Clean gently with a soft dry cloth.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery takes 1–2 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — free standard UK delivery on all orders over £75.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original packaging. Email support@luxivaa.store with your order number to begin a return.

How long do refunds take?
